Our team will work with you right from the start to ensure that your production is regular, consistent with your image and conversion-oriented (site visits, calls, requests, bookings):

• Editorial plan & timetable A monthly (and seasonal) schedule with themes tailored to your establishment and your tourist area.

• Social media graphic charter : your identity (colours, typeface, photo style) for harmonised publications.

• Gathering information You send us offers, events, highlights and new products. We'll add them to the calendar.

• Copywriting & optimisation The texts are adapted to the network, with relevant hashtags and calls to action (book, call, discover).

• Interaction & moderation Depending on the formula, we respond to comments to maintain a professional and responsive presence.

General terms and conditions

• Content rights Copyright: the elements supplied by the customer must be free of copyright. The customer guarantees not to infringe the rights of third parties. Failing this, the agency reserves the right not to publish.

• Compliance with legislation Content that complies with French and European legislation (intellectual property, image rights, data protection).

• On-site production Video shoots, photo shoots, travel and on-site photography not included (additional estimate required).

• Recovery and conservation Archiving: at the end of the contract, the content created remains available to the customer. Archiving is possible 3 months after the end of the contract.

• Renewal 12-month contract, tacitly renewable. Termination by written notice 30 days before renewal.

• Collaborative engagement The customer undertakes to validate and transmit the information within a reasonable time.
