More satisfied customers than in the past

According to a survey* of customers who have stayed in hotels in recent months, the national customer satisfaction rate is trending upwards. The improvement is most noticeable in the average rating given to the hotel by guests after their departure. Is this due to better hotel maintenance and the introduction of new standards, or is it because hotel guests are less demanding? The survey doesn't say, but it may also reflect a desire on the part of hotel and restaurant customers to favour this sector.

Despite a fall in the number of flight bookings to our country following the events of November 2015, France's satisfaction rate has risen compared to last year (7.12/10 compared to 6.92/10). This puts our country in the middle of the league table at European level. It is also worth noting that it is the hotels in Brittany that have the best overall satisfaction rate, with a score of around 8/10.

Congratulations to the French hotel industry on this great score!
