Customer Alliance helps hotel and restaurant managers to collect their customer reviews and publish them on the web.

The company offers a widget or module to be integrated directly into the hotel-restaurant website. The module is a small html file that can be easily inserted on any page of the website and gives visitors a quick overview of the hotel's certified customer reviews.

Customer Alliance also offers a customer advice system to integrate "on the site. This XML file is a stream of reviews that will be added automatically to a dedicated page on the site created for the occasion. Integrating these reviews via the XML file means that content - and therefore keywords - can be added to the website. It is no longer a secret that Google significantly favours these websites, which are "active" in their eyes because they have dynamic content that is added regularly.
